content considered contentious under European Union law or the law of a Member State (content violating intellectual property rights, terrorist content, etc.), you should report it to RAKUTEN, while ensuring compliance with the conditions imposed by Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004, for confidence in the digital economy, known as the &#8220;LCEN&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>For more information, you can
