Generic integration is done via an XML file.<\/p>\n

On the Webservices blog<\/a>, go to the ‘Stock Management’ page in the Documentation section. Click on ‘Import stock using XML feeds’.<\/p>\n

You will arrive on this page<\/a>. Then click on ‘Import your XML feed’.<\/p>\n

Scroll down the page to the ‘8. Test the Webservice’ block.<\/p>\n

Fill in the fields and upload your file. Your token can be accessed in your account under the ‘Token’ tab.<\/p>\n

After uploading your XML file, wait about 5 minutes, then refresh the ‘History’ page. You can view your success rate in the ‘Success’ column. If any errors appear, retrieve your error report, correct your file, and re-upload it within 5 days. If this period is exceeded after the first<\/sup> upload of your file, restart the upload process.<\/p>\n

An XML file must be structured according to very specific standards if you want it to integrate correctly on Rakuten France.<\/p>\n

Click on Product types<\/strong>, then enter your username, your token, and click OK<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

For example, if you want to create a product page for a circular saw, you must choose the correct alias: namely outillage_jardin_produit<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Once the alias is selected, go to the ‘Product templates’ (producttypetemplate)<\/strong> section, under the ‘Import stock using XML feeds<\/strong>‘ section.<\/p>\n

Enter your login, your token, as well as the corresponding product type alias (in our example, ‘outillage_jardin_produit’).<\/p>\n

For the Scope<\/strong>, select VALUES<\/strong>, and click on OK<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

You will then access the correct template and find the product type you are looking for in the section <key>typeofproduct<\/key><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Here we find the circular saw:<\/p>\n

You will need to do the same for the brand: <key>manufacturer<\/key><\/strong> by replacing ‘manufacturer<\/strong>‘ with the correct value (in our example, it is a Bosch):<\/p>\n
