Marketplace pricing
Do you want to open a professional seller account on the Rakuten marketplace?
Our pricing consists of two parts:
- A monthly subscription (Starter pack or Expert pack);
- Commissions and handling fees on each sale made.
Subscriptions
As a professional seller on Rakuten, you have the choice between two subscription plans:
- The Starter pack, to make your first sales and test the platform;
- The Expert pack, to save on commissions and scale your sales.

Commissions and handling fees
We also charge commissions and handling fees on every sale made. Commissions vary depending on your product category and the subscription chosen.
The Expert pack gives you access to more advantageous commission rates.
Good to know: If you generate more than €800 in monthly sales (excl. VAT) on Rakuten, the Expert pack is likely more cost-effective for you. Request a callback to review the ideal subscription for your business.

Rakuten Fulfillment Network rates are based on two criteria: package weight and storage duration.
