Receive your payments as soon as the sale is marked as shipped, on the Monday or Thursday following the shipment date (as a reminder, a sale is considered “payable” once confirmed by the buyer or, failing that, a maximum of 30 days after you accept the buyer’s order).
Example
A buyer places an order on Wednesday at 11:00 AM. You confirm the order promptly, for instance before 1:00 PM.
Before 3:00 PM, you ship the package and provide the tracking number to your buyer.
Your transfer order will then be processed the very next morning around 10:00 AM, meaning you receive your fast payment in less than 24 hours!
Accelerated payment is available to all merchants who wish to benefit from it, subject to the following conditions:
- You must have been active as a professional seller on the platform for at least 3 consecutive months.
- Your Merchant Quality Score must be A, B, or C. Click here to learn more about the MQS.
- The delivery must be completed within a period of less than 20 calendar days.
