Repayment

Your payable sales are automatically transferred to your Wallet every day.

A sale is considered ‘payable’ in accordance with the situations covered by article 4.1.1 ‘Payment of sales’ of the Specific Terms and Conditions applicable to professional sellers.

The payment for a sale may be delayed by a few days in the event of Customer Service intervention during the transaction (e.g., in case of a claim by the buyer).

You can then request the payout of your Wallet balance by bank transfer to your bank account.

For your information, payouts to your bank account are processed every Monday and Thursday. It then takes between 3 and 10 days for the amount to appear in your bank account. This timeframe includes verifications carried out by Rakuten, any weekends or public holidays, and your bank’s processing time.

If you have still not received your payment after these timeframes, we invite you to check the details entered during your payout request. To do so, select the relevant transaction in the ‘My Wallet’ section of your account.

Do not hesitate to contact your bank to find out the reasons for this delay.

If your transfer were to be rejected, Customer Service would then immediately contact you to validate your payment details and initiate a new payout.

You can configure your payout requests (one-time or recurring) via bank transfer to your bank account as you wish.

To make a one-time payout, go to the ‘My Wallet‘ section of your account and click on ‘Request a payout‘.

Check the ‘Make a one-time payout‘ box and then enter the amount to be paid out. Finally, click on ‘Next step‘.

There is no minimum amount if you withdraw the entire balance of your Wallet.

For example:

  • If you have €5, you must withdraw the full amount.
  • If you have €45, you must withdraw at least €30 (you may decide to leave €15 in the account).

Enter your bank details (BIC and IBAN).

You will be asked to confirm your request by verifying the saved information, and then to enter your date of birth and password for security purposes.

This date of birth is the one you provided when activating your Wallet. If you entered an incorrect date of birth, please let us know.

To configure a recurring payout, go to the ‘My Wallet‘ section of your account and click on ‘Request a payout‘.

Check the ‘Set up a recurring payout‘ box and then click on ‘Next step‘.

You can choose to keep a minimum balance in your Wallet. If you wish to withdraw everything, enter ‘0’.

To avoid processing numerous small transfers, the minimum amount for a recurring payout is set at €10.

To receive your money, you will therefore need to wait for your Wallet balance to exceed €10. If you do not wish to wait, you must cancel the recurring payout and request a one-time payout for the full amount in your Wallet.

The following steps are the same as those for a one-time payout. You will then be asked to enter your bank details.

To change the bank details linked to your sales payouts, go to the ‘My Wallet‘ section of your account.

Each time you make a request, you are asked to enter your payment details.

If you have requested a one-time payout and wish to change the saved bank details, simply cancel this payout from the ‘My Wallet‘ section of your account, then submit a new request.
For a recurring payout, you also have the option to modify the settings for this payout directly from the ‘My Wallet‘ section of your account.

To change the bank details for your monthly subscription direct debit, click on ‘Shipping and Pro package‘ in the ‘Account settings‘ section. Under the ‘Payment for services dedicated to professional sellers‘ section, click on ‘Modify bank details‘.

It is not possible to change your tax information via your Rakuten account once the account has been created.
